On one side, AYDA TRAVEL CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY, on the other side, "CUSTOMER", have reached a complete agreement on the matters specified in the contract.
ARTICLE 2:
This contract includes the reservation authorized for all individuals who will receive products/services through the Agency under the conditions described below.
ARTICLE 3:
Payments should be made in cash or via Bank Transfer/EFT to the "AGENCY" company account. The total contract amount must be paid in the currency agreed upon or in Turkish Lira equivalent of the current bank exchange rate for foreign currency.
ARTICLE 4:
The fee includes all services specified in the promotional brochures attached to this contract related to the tour. Tours and services outside of these will be subject to additional charges. Taxes and fees required by the legislation of the countries visited, such as port and airport landing taxes, visa fees, and similar public payments and charges, are the responsibility of the consumer. The consumer is responsible for obtaining all documents regarding the passport usage duration required by Turkish citizens under the health regulations of the destination country, as well as customs and visa requirements for other foreign nationals for entry into Indonesia. If the consumer has paid the total tour fee specified, they are not required to sign this contract. If the total contract amount is paid, it is deemed as an acceptance of the contract.
ARTICLE 5 - TRANSPORTATION / TRANSFER
Transportation is provided as specified in the planned tour program according to the requests of the guest. Outside of the flight program, the consumer will arrive at the tour starting point using their own means with the provided flight tickets. The meeting point is the exit area of the international terminal of Bali Island Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport. Transportation and sightseeing vehicle in Bali Island will be a private vehicle with a private driver; it will be a 2020 model air-conditioned Toyota Avanza or similar vehicle.
ARTICLE 5 - CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER
The number of people required for the tours to take place is as specified on the first page of the contract and agreed upon in this contract. It is valid with participation up to the maximum number of people indicated.
In case of cancellation after purchasing the tour program, for cancellations made 30 days or more before the first flight date, 50% of the agreed tour program fee will be deducted by the “AGENCY”. The “CUSTOMER” can receive 50% of the cancelled agreement program fee back within 90 days upon request.
In case of cancellation after purchasing the tour program, for cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the first flight date, 75% of the program fee will be deducted by the “AGENCY”. The “CUSTOMER” can receive 25% of the cancelled agreement program fee back within 90 days upon request.
In case of cancellation after purchasing the tour program, for cancellations made 15 days or less before the first flight date or in case of No Show, no refunds will be made by the “AGENCY”. The same cancellation terms apply for cancellations due to force majeure.
ARTICLE 7
The consumer who purchases travel insurance is responsible for the coverage of damages and losses, as this responsibility lies with the insurance company providing the service. The agency does not bear any responsibility regarding the contents, coverages, or application of these guarantees. Consumers should obtain their own travel insurance. If the consumer leaves the tour they started on the grounds of deficiency in service, they are obliged to notify the agency representative and the hotel they are staying in, in writing, along with the reasons. The consumer declares that they have read and are informed about all services and their qualities provided within the contract, the sales price, and the payment method, as well as the contents and articles of the package tour agreement. It is possible to resolve and ensure satisfaction regarding complaints raised by the consumer if they are reported in writing to the agency representatives at the time of the service being provided.
Even if consumers participating in this trip do not sign, they acknowledge that they have learned the terms of this contract due to promotional brochures, catalogs, and advertisements and have committed to participate in this trip under these contract terms.
This contract prepared between the parties has been prepared, read, checked, and accepted by the authorized representatives of both parties, along with all its attachments. The parties have mutually accepted, committed, and confirmed this contract.
Without a separate contract, any changes, corrections, or additions made to the existing tour contracts by the consumer will be valid only if signed by the agency representative.
