In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

For destinations that require a visa, it is necessary to apply for a visa with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide. In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is advisable to renew such passports, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the traveler. For guests under the age of 18, there is a possibility that a document showing the joint consent of both parents may be requested by the police officer at the country’s entry-exit points while traveling alone or with only one of the parents; therefore, we recommend sensitivity on this matter for guests under 18 and their parents.
Health
It is recommended for those who regularly use medication to bring more than needed, as not all kinds of medication are available in the country. Additionally, if you have a serious health issue (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be beneficial to carry a signed document from your doctor. Also, it is advised not to drink tap water and to consume water from sealed bottles that you open yourself.

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the tours may not take place or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues being visited and weather conditions.
Accommodation
During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. Triple rooms can be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and the bed offered to the third person in these types of rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since extra beds are made up of opening-closing and coach beds, the participant acknowledges the potential for tightness and bed type in reservations for the third person and/or child in the rooms. Child discounts apply to a single (1) child that meets the age group specified in the pricing section and stays with 2 adults. The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu typically referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.

The currency of Nepal is Nepalese Rupee (NPR).
The currency of India is Indian Rupee (INR).
The currency of Sri Lanka is Sri Lankan Rupee.

There is a +2 hours 30 minutes difference between Turkey and India. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 14:30 in India. There is a +2 hours 45 minutes difference with Nepal. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 14:45 in Nepal. There is a +3 hours 30 minutes difference with Sri Lanka. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 15:30 in Sri Lanka.
Clothing and Necessary Items
We recommend bringing easy-to-wear and take-off t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, shorts, and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. You may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and extra memory cards.
Shopping
One of the most important places to shop in New Delhi is The Central Cottage Industries Emporium. This chain of stores has many branches and offers fixed prices to customers. Wooden carvings, copper-embellished items, figurines, fabrics, and even furniture can be purchased at very reasonable prices.
Important Notes
Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (if required for the destination/passport) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to you. Papua is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. Papua acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. Papua is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details can change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a guided narration from the vehicle without including entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. In case of restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing the ability to visit or enter during the designated dates of the tours, or in case of closed roads due to any event, as well as conditions causing it to be impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions, Papua is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by means of public transportation or on foot where access is restricted or vehicle entry is not permitted.
After our meeting at Istanbul airport and the ticket and baggage processes for Turkish Airlines' direct flight, we take our seats for the journey, and our trip begins. We spend the night on the plane.
After our arrival in Kathmandu in the morning, we will head to the city center and then start our panoramic city tour. Our first stop will be Durbar Square, also known as Palace Square. In this square, we will have the opportunity to see many buildings and temples designated as World Heritage by UNESCO and admire their architecture. After that, we will visit the Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple, which is a Buddhist site where we can enjoy a panoramic view of the city along with hundreds of monkeys present in the temple. Later, we will explore Patan, known as the "City of Fine Arts," which is also a palace square. After we finish our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.
After breakfast, we continue to explore Kathmandu. First, we will visit the Pashupatinath Temple, dedicated to God Shiva, which was built 1600 years ago on the banks of the Bagmati River. After our visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will head to the Bouddhanath Stupa, known for being one of the largest stupas in the world, with a diameter of 100 meters and a height of 40 meters (A stupa means a Buddhist temple that cannot be entered). Then, we will stroll through the ancient Bhaktapur Durbar Square, walking through the alleyways and feeling as though we have stepped back into the 17th century during the Nepal Malla period. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at our hotel.
< p > After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport for our flight to < strong > Delhi < /strong >. Flight with a local airline to Delhi. After our arrival, we will move to Jaipur with our private transfer vehicle from the airport. Then we will visit the City Palace located in the center of Jaipur, the astronomical observatory < strong > Jantar Mantar < /strong >, and take a photo break in front of the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace). After our tour, we return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Jaipur. < /p >
"After having breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Amber Fort, located 11 kilometers outside of Jaipur, which was the capital of the region until 1728. While climbing to the famous fort in jeeps, we will also have the opportunity to see the magnificent Sheesh Mahal, also known as the Hall of Mirrors, Jai Mahal, Birla Temple, and Kali Temple, which are all renowned for their splendid shimmer due to the mirrors. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel in Jaipur."
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Agra, and we will have an approximately 5-6 hour journey. Upon our arrival in Agra, we will explore the Taj Mahal, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Following our tour, we will visit the Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort. After the tour, we will have dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After our breakfast, we set off for Delhi. Upon arrival, we depart for our city tour. Delhi, which has been ruled by many dynasties throughout history, is a city rich in monuments and architecture, located by the Yamuna River for five hundred years and a great metropolis and city of cemeteries where countless cities have been born and vanished. We will explore the old city center of Delhi. During our visit, we will continue our tour by seeing the Red Fort, which was built by Shah Jahan from red sandstone in an octagonal shape, and the largest mosque in India, the Friday Mosque. Then, we will proceed to our tour, visiting the India Gate, the World War I Memorial, the Presidential Palace, Narayan Temple, and Government Buildings in New Delhi before transferring to our hotel. At the end of the tour, we will return to our hotel and have our dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay and dinner will be at our hotel in Delhi.
After breakfast, we head to the airport to depart for Sri Lanka. After completing our ticket and baggage processes, we take a local airline flight to Colombo. Upon arrival at the airport, we transfer to our bus waiting for us and head towards Dambulla. On the way, we will visit the world's first Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975 in Pinnewala, where we will watch the feeding and bathing of elephants that were found injured or as babies in the forest. After that, our journey to Dambulla will continue. Upon arriving in the city, we will proceed to our hotel to rest. We will spend the night at our hotel.
After breakfast, we set off to explore Dambulla's **Golden Temple**, also known as the **Dambulla Cave Temple**. This is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The temple, built into the cave in the 1st century, contains statues and frescoes focused on **Buddha** and his life. After our visit, we head to another ancient city, Sigiriya. The **Sigiriya Rock Fortress**, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located on a magnificent rock that lives up to its name, which means Lion Rock. The ancient city dates back to 477 BC and is situated 370 meters above sea level. We admire this fortress that rises from the lush greenery and offers a bird’s eye view of the region, and then we proceed to our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
After breakfast, we reach Kandy in the middle of the country and set out to explore the city. After a pleasant walk around Kandy Lake in the center, we visit the Temple of the Tooth, which is a pilgrimage site for Buddhists. This sacred temple was built in the 4th century after Buddha's tooth was brought to Sri Lanka and is considered one of the most important sites in Sri Lanka. Afterward, we move on to Colombo. Upon our arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. We depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. With our arrival in Istanbul, we conclude our tour. We hope to see you on another tour.
